Two persons are in jail after police seized a number of medication and a gun from a home on Friday, in accordance with a spokesperson for the Richmond Police Division.

Police have been searching for 28-year-old Brittany Elsea, who had a warrant for theft and drug possession.

The spokesperson mentioned officers discovered Elsea at a home within the 100 block of Fort Wayne Avenue.
Police received a search warrant for the home after they observed proof of drug use.
Greater than 93 grams of heroin, 38 grams of methamphetamine, 11 grams of cocaine, a gun, and extra unlawful substances and paraphernalia have been discovered inside, in accordance with the spokesperson.
Everett Cooper, 44, was additionally discovered on the home. He allegedly had cocaine on the time of his arrest.
Each Elsea and Cooper have been booked into the Wayne County Jail.
Elsea is going through preliminary fees of possession of a firearm, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and failure to look, in accordance with jail data.
