A 40-year-old man and three younger kids have been taken to a Halifax-area hospital after they have been rescued from a home fireplace that broke out Saturday in Decrease Sackville.
RCMP say the fireplace was reported at 3:10 a.m. from Riverside Drive, the place a 37-year-old girl and a two-year-old youngster managed to flee the burning residence.
