(iii) Govt Order 14017 of February 24, 2021 (America’s Provide Chains); and

(c) Nationwide Continuity Coverage. Inside 180 days of the date of this order, the APNSA, in coordination with the heads of related companies, shall evaluation all nationwide continuity insurance policies and advocate to the President the revisions, recissions, and replacements essential to modernize and streamline the method to nationwide continuity capabilities, reformulate the methodology and structure crucial to attain a permanent readiness posture, and implement the Nationwide Resilience Technique described in subsection (a) of this part. The insurance policies to be reviewed and advisable for modification, as applicable, embrace:
(i) Govt Order 13618 of July 6, 2012 (Project of Nationwide Safety and Emergency Preparedness Communications Capabilities);
(ii) Govt Order 13961 of December 7, 2020 (Governance and Integration of Federal Mission Resilience);
(iii) Nationwide Safety Memorandum 32 of January 19, 2025 (Nationwide Continuity Coverage); and
(iv) Govt Order 14146 of January 19, 2025 (Partial Revocation of Govt Order 13961).
(d) Preparedness and Response Insurance policies. Inside 240 days of the date of this order, the APNSA, in coordination with the heads of related companies and knowledgeable by the studies and findings of the Federal Emergency Administration Company Council established pursuant to Govt Order 14180 of January 24, 2025 (Council to Assess the Federal Emergency Administration Company), shall evaluation all nationwide preparedness and response insurance policies and advocate to the President the revisions, recissions, and replacements essential to reformulate the method and metrics for Federal accountability, transfer away from an all-hazards method, and implement the Nationwide Resilience Technique described in subsection (a) of this part. The insurance policies to be reviewed and advisable for modification, as applicable, embrace:
(i) Govt Order 12656 of November 18, 1988 (Project of Emergency Preparedness Obligations);
(ii) Homeland Safety Presidential Directive 5 of February 28, 2003 (Administration of Home Incidents);
(iii) Presidential Coverage Directive 8 of March 30, 2011 (Nationwide Preparedness);
(iv) Presidential Coverage Directive 22 of March 28, 2013 (Nationwide Particular Safety Occasions); and
(v) Presidential Coverage Directive 44 of November 7, 2016 (Enhancing Home Incident Response).
(e) Nationwide Threat Register. Inside 240 days of the date of this order, the APNSA, in coordination with the Director of the Workplace of Administration and Price range and the heads of related companies, shall coordinate the event of a Nationwide Threat Register that identifies, articulates, and quantifies pure and malign dangers to our nationwide infrastructure, associated techniques, and their customers.
