Todd Hopkins, battalion chief for Cal Fireplace, stated the Palisades Fireplace is now at 21,596 acres and is 11% contained. A complete of 5,316 constructions have been destroyed within the fireplace, together with 426 houses. Greater than 150,000 residents have been evacuated, he added.
