For the second day in a row, Liberal Chief Mark Carney has been pulled away from campaigning to debate U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariffs.
Carney, in his function as prime minister, will meet just about with Canada’s premiers Friday to debate the nation’s response to Trump’s newest duties.
