Mark Carney will make his first foray on the world stage as Canada’s twenty fourth prime minister on a visit to France and the U.Ok. in coming days.
He has no plan but to go to the USA.
Carney says he was invited by French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer for visits to bolster historic relationships and focus on commerce and safety.

Carney says he seems ahead to talking with U.S. President Donald Trump on the “applicable second.”
He was sworn in to succeed Justin Trudeau at a ceremony at Rideau Corridor Friday, together with a leaner Liberal cupboard as an election name is anticipated quickly.
In his first press convention as prime minister, Carney stated his authorities will give attention to rising the financial system, making life extra reasonably priced and making the nation safer.
