One other earthquake was felt in components of B.C.’s South Coast on Monday morning.
Earthquakes Canada stated the 4.1 magnitude quake was centred round 17 kilometres from Friday Harbour in Washington State.
It was felt throughout the South Coast together with Metro Vancouver.
There aren’t any stories of any injury.
The earthquake was measured at a depth of 20 kilometres and struck simply after 5 a.m. PT.

A bit over per week in the past, two different earthquakes hit the South Coast, one off the coast of Vancouver Island and one other on the Sunshine Coast.
“An earthquake like this doesn’t inform us that one other one is about to occur,” John Cassidy with Pure Assets Canada informed International Information on Monday morning.
“There’s no hyperlink… it’s a very small earthquake in comparison with the 7s and the 8s which have occurred previously. It’s actually only a drop within the bucket.”
