Travis Dermott is again with the Edmonton Oilers.
The membership plucked the defenceman off waivers from the Minnesota Wild on Wednesday after having him claimed earlier this season.
The 28-year-old attended Edmonton’s coaching camp on knowledgeable tryout contract earlier than inking a deal for the 2024-25 marketing campaign at US$775,000 in October.
Dermott had zero factors and two penalty minutes in 10 video games with the Oilers earlier than getting scooped up by the Wild off waivers Dec. 13.

The Newmarket, Ont., product performed 9 video games with Minnesota earlier than going again on waivers Tuesday.
Dermott, a left-shot blueliner, was chosen thirty fourth total by the Toronto Maple Leafs on the NHL 2015 and has 62 factors (16 targets, 42 assists) in 348 regular-season video games with 5 groups. He’s added 5 factors (two targets, three assists) in 22 playoff contests.
