The banks of the historic Bridgewater Canal in Cheshire, UK, collapsed on January 1, as heavy rain brought about widespread flooding within the space.
J Taylor mentioned he recorded this drone footage displaying fields within the village of Little Bollington inundated by water pouring from the canal.
The 18th century canal, which was beforehand used to move coal however is now a leisure waterway, caved in close to Dunham Massey, within the first main breach of the waterway for 54 years.
