British tennis star Emma Raducanu says she is feeling “optimistic” as she approaches an Italian Open marketing campaign that she feels affords a “recent begin”.
The 22-year-old arrives in Rome trying to bounce again from her second-round exit at last month’s Madrid Open, and she is going to face a qualifier within the first spherical.
