Police say a hearth that burned two companies in East Vancouver on Wednesday could have been deliberately set.
Spokesman Sgt. Steve Addison says in an announcement that data acquired by the fireplace division has prompted a felony investigation.
Vancouver Fireplace Rescue Companies mentioned crews responded simply after 4 a.m. to the 2200 block of East Hastings Road in East Vancouver.
