An outdated prison in Laval, Que., might be changed into affordable housing, the Authorities of Canada has confirmed.
In a press launch Saturday, federal Minister of Public Providers and Procurement and Quebec Lieutenant Jean-Yves Duclos stated the St-Vincent penitentiary might be transferred by the tip of 2025 to the Canada Lands Firm for the event of the housing venture together with the creation of group areas.
