The Federal Commerce Fee has sued agricultural tools large Deere & Company, arguing it holds a monopoly on restore companies that raises prices and creates delays for farmers, the company announced Wednesday.
The lawsuit alleges Deere has for many years hindered prospects’ potential to restore their tools, together with tractors and combines, forcing them to depend on the corporate’s community of approved restore suppliers.
