Footage seems to point out a prisoner escaping custody by working down a motorway embankment, moments after faking a medical episode.
Jamie Cooper, 33, overpowered guards and fled a jail van which had stopped on the M55 close to Preston on Wednesday morning (20 March), sparking an enormous manhunt.
Cooper was en path to Lancaster Magistrates Courtroom on costs of felony harm and assaulting a police officer.
