Six folks have been displaced and one cat has been rescued in Surrey, B.C., on Sunday morning after a house was destroyed by hearth.
Surrey Fireplace Service assistant chief Mike McNamara says they obtained a name a couple of house fire early within the morning on the nook of Fraser Freeway and 168 Road within the metropolis.

McNamara says upon arrival, firefighters discovered a two-storey house was engulfed in flames and thick smoke was popping out of its home windows.
All of the residents made it out, however McNamara says his crews had been instructed {that a} cat was nonetheless trapped inside.
As they battled the blaze, firefighters had been capable of rescue the cat, who was alive and doing positive.
Nobody was injured and the reason for the blaze remains to be underneath investigation.
