Part 1. Goal. This order commences a metamorphosis in Federal spending on contracts, grants, and loans to make sure Authorities spending is clear and Authorities workers are accountable to the American public.
Sec. 2. Definitions. As used on this order:
(a) “Administrator” means the Administrator of the United States DOGE Service, as outlined in Government Order 14158 of January 20, 2025 (Establishing and Implementing the President’s “Division of Authorities Effectivity”).

(g) Actual Property Disposition. Companies shall take the next actions:

(iii) Actual Property Disposition. Sec. 4. Normal Exclusions. This order doesn’t apply to:
(a) Regulation enforcement officers, as outlined in 5 U.S.C. 5541(3) and 5 C.F.R. 550.103, or coated contracts and grants instantly associated to the enforcement of Federal prison or immigration regulation;
(b) U.S. Customs and Border Safety and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement within the Division of Homeland Safety;
(c) the Uniformed Providers, as outlined in 20 C.F.R. 404.1330;
(d) another coated grant or contract, company element, or actual property that the related Company Head exempts in writing from all or a part of this order, in session with the company’s DOGE Staff Lead and the Director of OMB; or
(e) categorized data or categorized data techniques.
Sec. 5. Normal Provisions. (a) Nothing on this order shall be construed to impair or in any other case have an effect on:
(i) the authority granted by regulation to an govt division or company, or the top thereof; or
(ii) the capabilities of the Director of the Workplace of Administration and Finances regarding budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
