An Israeli restaurant in Brooklyn was vandalized over the weekend in what New York Metropolis Mayor Eric Adams is asking a “despicable act of antisemitism.”
The New York Metropolis Police Division informed Fox Information Digital that its Hate Crimes Job Drive is investigating after the phrases “Israel steals tradition” and “Genocide delicacies” had been discovered painted on the outside of Miriam early yesterday morning.
“This was a despicable act of antisemitism at Miriam, a beloved Israeli restaurant in Park Slope,” Adams wrote on X, sharing pictures of the restaurant’s entrance door coated in crimson paint.
