The Related Press reported that Dell captured the second on video and inspired his son to remain calm.
“Keep calm, keep calm,” the daddy was heard saying in Spanish after his son was launched from the whale.
“I believed I used to be useless,” Adrián advised the AP. “I believed it had eaten me, that it had swallowed me.”

He described the few seconds of “terror” to the wire service, explaining that his actual worry set in after resurfacing, fearing that the whale would harm his father or that he would die within the chilly waters.
“After I got here up and began floating, I used to be scared that one thing may occur to my father too, that we wouldn’t attain the shore in time, or that I’d get hypothermia,” Adrián stated.
Adrián in the end reached his father’s kayak, and each returned to shore with out accidents.
