A person wielding a knife severely wounded five people in Amsterdam, together with two from the U.S., throughout a stabbing assault in a purchasing district on Thursday, in line with Dutch police.

“The suspect was detained with the assistance of a civilian,” police spokesperson Eline Roovers advised the AP.
Guido Oostorm, one other spokesperson for the police division, mentioned the victims had been taken to space hospitals for remedy.
A State Division spokesperson confirmed to Fox Information that two U.S. residents had been injured through the incident.
