A Russian imprisoned in the USA shall be freed “within the coming days” in trade for the discharge this week of the American schoolteacher Marc Fogel, the Kremlin stated on Wednesday.
Dmitri S. Peskov, the Kremlin’s spokesman, advised reporters that Russia wouldn’t establish the prisoner till after the discharge.
