A person driving a black Jeep is being sought in Northern California after authorities say he stalked a bunch of ladies leaving college on Friday.
Officers responded round 4:30 p.m. Friday to a report of a suspicious automobile following the kids as they left college for the day in Santa Rosa, the local police department mentioned.
