Manitobans are going to pay a bit extra for pure fuel in addition to propane used for house heating.
The province’s Public Utilities Board has authorized a rise for pure fuel by Centra Gasoline as of Feb. 1.
The board says the annual invoice for a typical residential buyer will go up by roughly 2.6 per cent, or $15 a 12 months.

It says the rise is being prompted by greater buying prices.
The board has additionally authorized a hike in propane offered by Stittco for heating in Thompson, Flin Flon and Snow Lake that can begin Feb. 1.
The rise works out to roughly 9.7 per cent, or $165 per 12 months, for the common residential buyer.
