A 16-year-old boy was re-arrested Friday and charged with second-degree homicide, Manitoba RCMP say, in reference to a September 2024 taking pictures at a Misipawistik Cree Nation house.
The suspect, from Chemawawin, was initially arrested final yr and charged with firearms offences, within the loss of life of a 23-year-old man from the group.
