Texas authorities stumbled upon a suspected MS-13 gang member needed for homicide in El Salvador after pulling him over for faulty brakes.
Luis Manuel Hernandez Bonilla was arrested Tuesday by Lakeway Law enforcement officials conducting commonplace patrol operations, in keeping with a press release from the division.
