RCMP stated investigators discovered a feminine — who was a youth on the time — was allegedly assaulted by a person throughout an occasion at a non-public residence.
Cpl. Kyle Lesko, 38, was initially arrested in January and launched pending additional investigation. This month, he was arrested and served with a court docket summons for one rely of sexual assault.
In response to the RCMP, Lesko was a serving member of the Trenton Police Drive in 2007 and was off-duty on the time of the alleged assault.
