LAS VEGAS (KLAS)– North Las Vegas police are looking for an armed and “extraordinarily harmful” teen accused of capturing and killing a person.
On Sunday round 9 a.m., North Las Vegas police responded to a report of a capturing at an condo within the 2900 block of East Centennial Parkway close to North Pecos Street.
When officers arrived, they discovered a person, later recognized by the Clark County Coroner’s workplace as 33-year-old Correy Dennis, affected by an obvious gunshot wound to his abdomen space. He was later pronounced lifeless.

The suspect left the scene earlier than officers arrived. On Tuesday, police recognized the suspect as 16-year-old Arnaz Jones.
Jones is described as a Black 16-year-old boy, with a medium-length afro with black hair and brown eyes. He’s 5’6” and weighs 140 kilos. He was final seen carrying a grey hoodie sweatshirt with pink, black and white writing on the back and front.
Detectives contemplate Jones to be armed and “extraordinarily” harmful. Anybody who sees Jones shouldn’t method him and may name 911 instantly.
Police mentioned the capturing was the results of a disagreement between Dennis and Jones.
