Police say they’ve charged a 41-year-old man with second-degree homicide after his mom was discovered lifeless throughout a welfare examine at a house in Niagara Falls, Ont.
Niagara Regional Police say they had been referred to as to a residence close to Huron and St. Claire Avenue round 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
