A coalition of labour teams is the most recent to name on the Ford government to spend extra on Ontario’s public faculties as a part of a tariff response technique, saying the coaching they supply is essential to lowering financial reliance on america.
On Monday, union leaders took to Queen’s Park to make their pitch to “save” Ontario’s faculty sector, linking the struggling establishments to Canada’s commerce battle with america.
