Police in Abbotsford are investigating after officers discovered what are believed to be human stays inside a car that was set on hearth in Sumas Mountain Regional Park.
They are saying officers responded to a report of a vehicle fire on Friday round 2:45 p.m. alongside the Forest Service Street within the park and arrived to seek out the crimson 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander ablaze.

Police say firefighters extinguished the hearth, which is when officers discovered the stays.
They are saying the division’s main crimes unit is working with the BC Coroners Service to establish the person, and are transitioning the investigation over to the RCMP’s Built-in Murder Investigation Group.
The park stays closed to the general public as officers collect proof.
Police at the moment are asking anybody with info or who could have seen the crimson SUV within the space on Friday to contact IHIT.
