Levana Ballouz, a trans girl who was convicted of murdering her associate and their two youngsters on Montreal’s South Shore, will serve her sentence in a males’s jail.
Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) spokesperson Kevin Antonucci confirmed the choice in an e-mail, saying that the “preliminary evaluation on this case has been accomplished and that the designated place of incarceration will likely be a males’s facility.”
