RCMP say they’re investigating a suspicious demise of a person on a First Nation in southeastern Saskatchewan.
Mounties say the File Hills First Nations Police Service acquired a report of the demise at Carry the Kettle Nakoda Nation.

RCMP took over the investigation and says no person has been arrested or charged right now.
They are saying residents can count on to see an elevated presence of officers in the neighborhood.
Mounties say they’ll notify the general public if there’s an imminent threat to public security.
In February, an 18-year-old man and 15-year-old boy had been charged with first-degree homicide after 4 folks had been shot useless in a house on the First Nation.
