Former Beatles’ drummer Ringo Starr is making a music change from rock to nation.
The legendary artist shared that he was altering his tune, throughout a press convention for his new nation album, “Look Up.”
When Fox Information Digital requested what the inspiration behind the album was, he defined that T Bone Burnett, a producer and songwriter who has labored with Bob Dylan, Alison Krauss and extra, had helped deliver the file to life.
“T Bone was the inspiration, as a result of I met him at this social gathering we had been at . . . simply getting collectively,” Starr remarked. The duo had initially met within the Seventies.
The 84-year-old rocker continued to clarify how the 2 had shared which tasks they had been engaged on. Starr was engaged on creating EPs and urged to Burnett, if he had songs, to ship them his manner.

“There was no actual plan. It was simply bumping into one another, and it ended up right here,” Starr laughed.
“Look Up” is Starr’s first full-length album in six years. 9 of the eleven songs had been written or co-written by Burnett.

Starr’s lifelong love of nation music has been obvious and celebrated all through his illustrious profession, a press launch acknowledged.
