Rochester City Council unanimously authorised a $650,000 mortgage settlement that may convey upgrades to Los Flamboyanes.
The Los Flamboyanes growth challenge consists of rehabilitating 153 models in a tower and townhouse-style residential buildings close to North Clinton Avenue on the intersection with Higher Falls Boulevard.
The models within the present tower will probably be renovated whereas 9 smaller residential buildings will probably be demolished.
