The Ontario Provincial Police say they stopped an alleged impaired driver who was reportedly going 200 kilometres per hour on Freeway 407 in Oakville, Ont.
The OPP mentioned a driver was stopped by officers alongside the 407 at Neyagawa Boulevard on Sunday morning.
Police allege he was travelling at a velocity of 200 km/h and was impaired by alcohol over thrice the authorized restrict.
The OPP mentioned that when the driving force was pulled over, he instructed officers: “I’m working late for work.”

A 25-year-old from is going through a number of fees, together with impaired driving, harmful driving, stunt driving, being a novice driver with an alcohol stage above zero and having alcohol available.
Police mentioned the car was impounded for 14 days and his licence was suspended for 90 days.
The OPP posted on social media a photograph of 4 bottles of alcohol, two of them Crown Royal, and a photograph of the car pulled over.
