Thirty-two-year-old Brittany Barry pleaded responsible to 4 of her 16 costs: two counts of harmful driving inflicting dying and two counts of harmful driving inflicting bodily hurt.

In courtroom Thursday, her lawyer Brian Pfefferle requested courtroom be adjourned till March 14 so Barry can formally enter a responsible plea for harmful driving inflicting dying and inflicting bodily hurt.
Pfefferle stated the hope is the opposite costs shall be disposed of by the Crown when the plea is made.
“This isn’t a plea cut price,” Pfefferle stated. “That is somebody who’s stepping as much as the plate to take duty at an early outset and is ready to take duty. And we anticipate presenting a major sentence on the following look.”

Fifty-three-year-old Laura Hannah and her 20-year-old daughter Jamie Hannah died within the crash. They have been from Lake Isle, Alta., in accordance with police.
