A second individual has been charged within the homicide of a Cape Breton man who has been lacking for nearly six months.
Cape Breton Regional Police arrested 36-year-old Ryan Joseph Pike on Friday and charged him with second-degree murder and theft associated to the loss of life of 34-year-old Justin MacDonald.

MacDonald was final seen round 11 p.m. July 7, at an Irving fuel station in North Sydney, N.S.
Police mentioned in November that they have been treating his disappearance as a murder.
Earlier this month, police charged 38-year-old Mitchell George McPhee with MacDonald’s manslaughter, in addition to theft and assault.
Police mentioned in a press release late Saturday night time that no additional particulars might be launched because the investigation continues, and extra prices and arrests are pending.
