A 17-year-old youth has been arrested by Toronto police and charged with two counts of first-degree homicide in reference to a lethal double taking pictures within the Riverdale neighbourhood in mid-April.
Police introduced the suspect’s arrest Sunday, after they picked up the youth on Saturday.
Neither the youth’s title nor any figuring out particulars will be revealed underneath Canada’s Youth Legal Justice Act.
