Police in Toronto say they’ve arrested a 51-year-old and charged them with first-degree homicide in relation to a taking pictures earlier this month.

Police arrived on the scene to discover a man had been shot outdoors a house on Fairholme Avenue. Officers later recognized the sufferer as 69-year-old Mariano De-Marco.
On Tuesday, Dec. 24, police mentioned that they had arrested a 51-year-old man and charged him with first-degree homicide in relation to the demise.
