WASHINGTON (Reuters) -Senate Commerce Committee chair Ted Cruz on Tuesday requested U.S Director of Nationwide Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard to research if China is covertly working to forestall Congress from extending authority to public sale wi-fi spectrum.
