The sufferer of a capturing alongside the Surrey/Delta boundary on Monday night has been recognized as 29-year-old Jaskaran Singh Minhas.
The Built-in Murder Investigation Workforce’s (IHIT) newly established Built-in Gang Murder Workforce (IGHT) stated in an announcement that Minhas was recognized to police and is believed to have connections to organized crime.
“This was a focused, brazen capturing in a high traffic space,” Sgt. Freda Fong of IHIT stated in an announcement. “These concerned displayed a whole disregard for public security.”

“This capturing has the hallmarks of a focused, gang-related murder and the IGHT will probably be taking lead. We imagine there are no less than two suspects concerned and investigators are working diligently to establish all events. Investigators are at the moment interviewing witnesses, accumulating proof and canvassing for video.”
IGHT investigators stated a burnt car in Delta that was found shortly after the capturing is the suspect car that was concerned.
Investigators want to communicate with anybody who was within the space of the 7900 block 120 Road, Surrey and within the space of 64 Avenue and Westview Drive, Delta, across the time of the occasions.
