Elements of Shreveport are beneath a voluntary boil advisory Monday, April 14.
The City of Shreveport’s Department of Water & Sewerage issued a voluntary boil advisory simply after 5 p.m. Monday as a consequence of water primary repairs.
Affected areas contains:

1000 block of West Bert Kouns Industrial Loop

9400 and 9300 blocks of Blom Blvd.

9200 block of Hillside Ave.

9400 and 9300 blocks of Baird Rd.

2100 block of Cynthia Ln.
In keeping with the water division, this advisory is out of an abundance of precaution.
This advisory will stay in impact till water samples are collected, analyzed, and confirmed to be freed from coliform micro organism.
As soon as passable outcomes are obtained, and with the approval of the Louisiana Division of Well being, the Division of Water & Sewerage will rescind the advisory and notify residents that the water is secure to be used.
