Three persons are going through fees after a visitors cease early Tuesday led Winnipeg police to an improvised zip gun.
Officers noticed a taxi on Selkirk Avenue simply earlier than 12:30 a.m., and observed the passengers weren’t sporting seatbelts.
When police pulled the car over to ticket the passengers for seatbelt violations, officers discovered one man was breaching curfew circumstances and one other was the topic of an arrest warrant.
