With the Stanley Cup playoffs simply days away, one member of the Presidents’ Trophy-winning Winnipeg Jets has extra to rejoice than simply the membership’s stellar play this season.
Alex Iafallo is coming again to the Manitoba capital, the Jets introduced Wednesday, after signing a three-year contract extension starting within the 2025-26 season.
The 31-year-old winger from Eden, N.Y., performed all 81 video games with the Jets this season. He was acquired by Winnipeg from the Los Angeles Kings within the blockbuster 2023 Pierre-Luc Dubois commerce, alongside Gabriel Vilardi and Rasmus Kupari. He recorded 31 factors this season, and with one sport left, is on a four-game level streak.
