A Winnipeg man is dealing with costs after an improper licence plate led to a chase with police Wednesday that culminated in a crash.
Officers noticed the suspicious plates on a Dodge Ram close to Logan Avenue and Sherbrook Road, however after they tried to tug it over, the driving force sped off.
