KYIV (Reuters) -Ukraine has intelligence which exhibits China is supplying artillery and gunpowder to Russia, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy stated on Thursday.
“We imagine that Chinese language representatives are engaged within the manufacturing of some weapons on the territory of Russia,” he instructed a press convention in Kyiv. Zelenskiy didn’t specify whether or not he meant artillery techniques or shells.
The allegation is more likely to upend relations between Kyiv and Beijing, already strained by Ukraine’s making public its seize of Chinese language nationals combating for Russia. China has to this point tried to keep up an outward notion of neutrality within the three-year struggle prompted by Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
